SMS Terms & Conditions
Effective September 2026 · masmsolutions.ai
These terms cover text messages sent by MASM Solutions from (475) 271-3904. If you received a message from a business that uses a system we built, that business is the sender — contact them directly, though STOP works the same way.
1. Programme description
We send texts for one reason: to reply to people who have asked us to. That means confirming a discovery call, following up on a conversation you started, or answering a question you sent us. We do not run a marketing text campaign and we do not buy or rent phone numbers.
2. How you opt in
You will only receive texts from us if you have:
- Given us your mobile number and asked us to text you, in person or on a call; or
- Texted us first at (475) 271-3904; or
- Submitted a form on this site giving your phone number and explicitly agreeing to be contacted by text.
Consent to receive texts is never a condition of buying anything from us.
3. Message frequency
Frequency varies and depends on the conversation. In practice it is a handful of messages around a scheduled call or an active project, not a recurring broadcast.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply, charged by your mobile carrier. We do not charge for messages.
5. How to stop
Reply STOP to any message and you will be removed immediately. You will get one confirmation message and nothing after that. Reply START to opt back in, or HELP for help. You can also email [email protected] at any time.
6. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and depends on your carrier and device.
7. Privacy of message data
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, other than the subcontractors and providers required to deliver the message.
Full detail is in the privacy policy.
8. If you are a client of ours
When we build messaging automation for your business, you are the sender of record. You are responsible for collecting and keeping records of your customers’ consent and for complying with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and applicable state law. We build STOP handling, quiet hours and frequency limits into every system we deliver, and we will not build a system that sends to a list you cannot show consent for.
