Privacy Policy
Effective September 2026 · masmsolutions.ai
MASM Solutions (“MASM Solutions,” “we,” “us”) operates masmsolutions.ai and builds communication and workflow automation for small businesses. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and what you can ask us to do about it.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We do not use client data or the data of a client’s customers to train AI models.
1. Two different roles
This policy covers two situations, and they work differently:
- You contact us about our services. We are the controller of that information and this policy governs it directly.
- You are a customer of one of our clients. If you called a business that uses a system we built, we process your information only on that business’s instructions, as their service provider. That business decides what is collected and how long it is kept. Contact them first; we will support any request they pass to us.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
Name, business name, email address, phone number, town, and whatever you choose to tell us in a message, on a discovery call, or during an engagement.
Information collected automatically on this website
Basic technical information: IP address (anonymised where possible), browser type, pages visited, time on site, and referring site.
Information processed inside systems we build for clients
Automation we operate on a client’s behalf may process the phone number of a caller, the text of messages sent and received, voicemail audio and its transcript, appointment details, and the job details a caller provides. This data belongs to our client. We hold it only to make their system work.
3. How we use it
- To reply to you and schedule discovery calls.
- To deliver services you have engaged us for.
- To operate, monitor and repair automation we have built for a client.
- To send information directly related to our services. Not marketing blasts.
- To meet legal obligations.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Messaging and SMS data
Where we operate text messaging for a client, mobile numbers and message content are handled through a licensed messaging provider and the mobile carriers. Consent to receive messages is collected and recorded by our client, who is responsible for it.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, other than the subcontractors and providers required to deliver the message.
See the SMS terms for how to stop messages.
5. Who we share information with
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share it only with:
- Service providers who process data to run our business or a client’s system — website hosting, email, scheduling, messaging carriers, AI model providers under agreements that prohibit training on the data.
- Anyone we are legally required to disclose to under law or court order.
- A successor, in a business sale or merger, with advance notice.
6. How long we keep it
- Website enquiries: up to 24 months if they do not become an engagement.
- Client engagement records: up to 3 years after services end, or longer where required.
- Message logs and voicemail transcripts in a client system: kept to the retention period that client sets, and deleted when they say so or when the engagement ends.
7. Cookies
This site uses only what it needs to function and to understand basic traffic. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. Your browser controls cookie settings.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including credential storage separate from the automation itself and access limited to what a system needs. No internet transmission is completely secure. If you believe your information has been compromised, contact [email protected] immediately.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your information, or to opt out of communications. Connecticut residents have these rights under the Connecticut Data Privacy Act. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for exercising them.
10. Children
Our services are for business owners and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above changes when we do. Material changes affecting existing clients will be communicated directly.
