Custom Automation · Danbury, Connecticut

If somebody does it every week,
it can do itself.

Every small business runs on a pile of repeated work nobody chose — the report rebuilt each Monday, the quotes nobody chased, the spreadsheet one person maintains by hand. MASM Solutions builds custom automation that takes it over. Not software you have to learn. A system built around how you already work.

Available remotely across the continental U.S. Face-to-face consultations available in Connecticut and parts of New York, including Westchester, Putnam and Dutchess counties.

The Problem

It is never one big thing.

It is forty small ones. None of them worth hiring for, all of them eating somebody’s afternoon, and every one of them still there next week.

🔁

Nobody chose this work

It accumulated. One process at a time, until a third of the week is admin that nobody would hire a person to do.

🧠

It lives in one person’s head

The report, the follow-up list, the onboarding steps. When they are out, it does not happen. When they leave, it is gone.

📋

Off-the-shelf never quite fits

There is a product for a generic version of your problem. Yours has four exceptions in it, so somebody still does it by hand.

What MASM Solutions Does

Custom automation, built to your process

Most of this work starts as a sentence like “every Thursday somebody has to…” — and no product covers it, because it is specific to how you run. Those are the good ones.

I build the system that does it. On your tools, around your exceptions, documented, and monitored — so you hear about a failure from me rather than from a customer.

What That Has Looked Like

Six places the week usually leaks

Not products on a shelf. These are the patterns that keep coming up, and every one of them started as somebody’s specific version of the problem.

📞

Phone & Lead Response

The call you miss gets answered anyway.

When a call goes unanswered the caller gets a text within seconds, answers a few questions about the job, and lands on your calendar. You get their number and the voicemail transcript, so you can triage from the top of a ladder.

Quotes, Invoices & Money on the Table

Find the money that is already yours.

Estimates nobody answered. Invoices quietly aging past sixty days. Work completed but never billed. Most small businesses are carrying thousands in this at any moment and have no single screen that shows it. This builds that screen, then chases the items on it.

Recruiting & Hiring

Keep the pipeline warm without living in it.

A built pipeline that finds candidates, fills in what is publicly known about them, scores them against what you actually need, and runs the outreach sequence — so hiring is a steady background process instead of a panic every time somebody quits.

📊

Reports & Dashboards

Stop rebuilding the same report every Monday.

Somebody in your business spends hours each week pulling the same numbers into the same spreadsheet. That is a machine’s job. The report builds itself, on schedule, from the systems the numbers already live in — and a dashboard shows the live version in between.

Onboarding & Training Systems

New people get up to speed the same way every time.

Assessment and training platforms that take a new hire from day one to productive without a senior person re-teaching the same material every time. Built for businesses where ramp-up speed is the difference between a hire paying off and washing out.

Documents & Internal Content

The paperwork assembles itself.

Proposals, quotes, contracts, onboarding packets, internal reports and the newsletter you send your own list — generated from your data, in your format, without anybody retyping the same paragraphs into a template for the fortieth time.

Behind the Build

This entire business runs on it.

This website, the documents, the branding, the automations I run for my own business — all of it was built with the same tools I would use for you. A daily newsletter that researches, writes and publishes itself. Client documents generated rather than assembled. The reporting I would otherwise be doing by hand.

If I could not make it work for my own operation, I would have no business selling it.

Pricing

Published, because you should not have to ask

Packages describe how much gets built, not which kind. One automation or a dozen — same tiers either way, and anything genuinely bespoke is quoted in writing before a line of it exists.

Full Operations

The operational layer, end to end.

$3,500

one-time setup, then $650/month

Who You’re Dealing With

Thirty years of asking why something is slow

I spent 28 years in technical engineering — field service on analytical instruments, then semiconductor metrology at KLA-Tencor, where I ran support on site at Intel’s West Coast mask shop and cut a production cycle from nine months to six. After that, 15 years in insurance and financial services, most of it looking at how small agencies actually ran versus how they thought they ran.

That is the whole background: find the step that is wasting the time, and remove it. AI is the current tool for doing it. You get me on the phone, not an account manager.
