Service Area

Remote anywhere in the country. In person across Connecticut.

Custom automation is built against your systems, not your office, so most of this work happens remotely — available across the continental U.S., and it works just as well in Oregon as it does in Bethel. Based in Danbury, Connecticut.

Remote — continental U.S.

Discovery by phone or video, the scope in writing, the build against your systems, and a walkthrough when it goes live. None of that needs me in the room.

Most engagements run this way from start to finish.

Face-to-face consultations

Available in Connecticut and parts of New York. Happy to drive out and sit with you while the work actually happens:

  • All of Connecticut — it is not a big state
  • Westchester County, NY
  • Putnam County, NY — Mahopac, Carmel, Brewster
  • Dutchess County, NY

Roughly a two-hour drive. Further than that, ask — if the fit is right it is usually workable.

When being there actually helps

Remote is the default because it is faster and it costs you less. But there is one thing a screen share does not give you, and it is worth naming: watching someone do the work.

People describe their process the way they think it runs. Sitting next to them for an hour shows the four exceptions nobody mentioned, the second spreadsheet, the step that only happens when a particular customer calls. That hour usually changes what gets built. If you are within driving distance, take it — it is included.

Who this is built for

Owner-operated businesses where the people doing the admin are also the people doing the work. In practice that has meant trades and home services, cleaning and moving companies, in-home care, small medical and dental practices, insurance agencies and distributed sales teams — and a fair amount of work that does not fit any of those labels.

The common thread is not the industry. It is a business carrying a pile of repeated weekly work that nobody would hire a person to do, but that somebody is doing anyway — usually the owner, usually at night.

Bring the thing that eats the most time — the report, the chasing, the intake, the onboarding, whatever it is. We work out whether it is worth automating. No pitch, no obligation, and if the answer is that you do not need me, I will say so.
