How It Works

Five steps. No long onboarding.

You are running a business, not managing a software project. The whole process is built so that the time you spend on it is one call, one document to read, and one sign-off.

  1. A free 30-minute call

We go through the work that repeats — what it is, who does it, and roughly how many hours it eats. No slides. If automation is not the answer for your business, I will tell you on this call rather than quote you for something you do not need.

  2. A written scope

I write down exactly what the system will do, what it will say, what it connects to, what it costs, and when it will be done. You read it and either approve it or change it. Nothing gets built off a verbal conversation.

  3. The build

Fixed price, not hourly. I build it, then test it against your real phone number and your real calendar before anyone outside sees it. You get shown it working and you sign off before it touches a customer.

  4. Live, then tuned

It goes live and I watch it closely for two weeks. Real customers reply in ways nobody predicts, so message wording gets adjusted. This is included, not an extra.

  5. Ongoing

The monthly covers monitoring, fixes, and the changes that come from things outside your control — a carrier rule, a calendar update, a new service you start offering. If something breaks, you hear it from me first, not from a customer.

What I need from you

  • Thirty minutes on the phone, once.
  • Access to whichever systems the build actually touches.
  • An hour of whoever currently does the work, so I can watch them do it.
  • A read of the scope document before I build. Ten minutes.

That is it. I do not need a project manager, a weekly standing meeting, or your team’s time.

Start with the call.

Thirty minutes, no obligation, and you will know by the end of it whether there is anything here worth doing.
