1. No guarantee of results

We build systems that change what happens when a call is missed or a lead comes in. We make no guarantee of increased revenue, more booked jobs, cost savings, efficiency gains or return on investment. Outcomes depend on your market, your pricing, your follow-through, your team, and the performance of carriers and software outside our control.

2. Message delivery is not guaranteed

Text message delivery depends on mobile carriers and their filtering, on registration status with the carrier ecosystem, and on the recipient’s device. Carriers can delay, filter or drop messages for reasons neither of us controls. We build to current carrier requirements and monitor delivery, but we cannot guarantee that every message arrives. Automation is not a substitute for answering a genuinely urgent call, and should not be relied on for emergency communication.

3. Not legal advice

Nothing we provide is legal advice. We are not attorneys. Contracts, intellectual property, data privacy regulation, and messaging compliance including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act are matters for a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction. We will tell you what the rules generally require; we cannot tell you that your specific situation complies with them.

4. Not financial or investment advice

Nothing we provide is financial, investment or tax advice. Recommendations about tools and technology spend are made from a business operations perspective only. Consult a licensed financial advisor or CPA before significant financial decisions.

5. Not medical advice, and not for regulated data

We do not provide medical advice. Systems we build are not designed to receive or store protected health information unless that has been specifically scoped, agreed in writing and built accordingly. Do not route regulated data through a system that was not built for it.

6. Third-party platforms

Systems we build run on third-party platforms we do not own or control — messaging carriers, calendars, CRMs, AI model providers. We cannot guarantee their availability, accuracy, pricing or continued features, and we are not responsible for their changes to terms of service. We receive no commissions or referral fees for tools we recommend unless disclosed in writing.

7. AI-generated content

AI can produce inaccurate or misleading output. Where a system we build generates text that reaches your customers, it is constrained and tested, but it should still be monitored. Never use AI-generated content in legal documents, financial records, or anything safety-critical without a qualified human reviewing it first.

8. Information currency

This industry moves fast. Tools, pricing, carrier rules and best practice change frequently. We work to keep information current but cannot guarantee it is accurate at the moment you act on it. Verify features and pricing with providers directly.

9. Website content

Content on masmsolutions.ai is general information, not advice tailored to your situation. Pricing shown is for standard packages and may change; the price in your signed scope document is the price that applies to you.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MASM Solutions and Michael Matica are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from our services, reliance on our recommendations, the performance of any third-party tool, or the delay or non-delivery of any message. Total liability will not exceed the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim.
