Before We Talk

What happens on the call

Thirty minutes on the phone. It is free, there is no pitch deck, and there is nothing else free to sign up for afterwards. Here is exactly what it covers so you can decide whether it is worth your half hour.

What we’ll go through

  1. How calls reach you now. One line or several, who picks up, what happens when nobody does.
  2. Where things fall through. Evenings, weekends, mid-job, the estimate nobody chased.
  3. What a missed job is worth. Rough numbers are fine. This is the whole basis for whether automation pays for itself.
  4. What you already run. Calendar, CRM, QuickBooks, a whiteboard. The goal is connecting what you have.
  5. Whether this is worth doing. Honestly. If the answer is no, I will say so on this call.

Worth thinking about beforehand

  • Roughly how many calls a week go unanswered? A guess is fine.
  • What is an average job worth to you?
  • When do most of your calls come in — during the workday, or after it?
  • What is the one administrative thing you most resent doing?
  • Who else would have to be comfortable with a change like this?

You do not need to prepare anything or pull reports. If you have a rough sense of the five above, the call will be a good one.

Logistics

  • Thirty minutes, by phone. Video only if you prefer it.
  • I will call you at the number you give me, at the time we agree.
  • Take it from the truck if that is easiest. It is a conversation, not a presentation.
  • Nothing is recorded unless you ask for a recording.

What you walk away with

A straight answer about whether there is anything here worth building for you, and roughly what it would cost. If there is, you get a written scope afterwards with the specifics — what the system does, what it says, what it connects to, the price and the date. You read it before anything gets built.

What doesn’t happen

No follow-up sequence chasing you for weeks. No second free assessment to book. No proposal for something you did not ask about. If the call goes nowhere, that is a perfectly fine outcome and I will leave you alone.
